Agri Eastern Cape was established in 2001 and is the voice of the farmer in the province. Formerly known as the Eastern Province Agricultural Union, Agri EC today represents more than 3 000 members and affiliated organisations.

Its vision is to develop and grow the agricultural industry as a sustainable economic sector by promoting agricultural business interests, influencing government policy formulation and providing value-added services to its members.
