Corporate Farming Enterprise
“Corporate farming enterprises are defined as corporations, joint stock companies, co-operatives, limited liability partnerships and other financial and non-financial enterprises which by virtue of legislation, administrative regulations or registration, are recognised as business entities independent of their owners.”
This option allows farming enterprises to enroll their trustees, shareholders, and managers under the corporate membership.
There will be a principal member and the remainder of the enrolled members will be allocated as sub-members of the said category.
A voting total of 20 will be allocated to the principal member to vote during the congress.
Legal Aid Fund Applications / Drought Relief Assessments, etc., will only be done in the names of the principal members.
Minimum Amount payable – R27 600.00

Large Farming Enterprise Turnover R4 000 001 and above – R 9 225.00
Medium Farming Enterprise Turnover R1 000 000 up to R4 000 000 – R 5 300.00
Small Farming Enterprise Turnover up to R1 000 000 – R 2 650.00
