› Membership Form 2022 – THESE ARE ONLY TO BE COMPLETED FOR NEW MEMBERS AND THOSE THAT HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED A FORM. Please note that we need the full names of the members as per their ID Document, no nicknames please!!! (Example: Natasja Dorethy Barkhuizen and not Tassie Barkhuizen).
› Banking Details of Agricultural Associations Form – to be completed and returned to the office ANNUALLY, THIS IS JUST FOR THE ASSOCIATION, NOT FOR YOUR MEMBERS.
› FICA Requirements – PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS AS IT IS CAN CAUSE A PROBLEM FOR AA’S TO MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME BECAUSE OF NON-COMPLIANCE TO FICA REGULATIONS.
