Throughout the years Agri EC has worked hard on building great working relationships with Eskom officials to ensure we are able to service our members to the best of our ability. This resulted in receiving the assistance from Eskom Key Relations Manager (Eastern Cape), Sanette Worthington, who ensures that faults reported by our members are dealt with and that any other queries are escalated to the necessary parties.
This week Agri EC CEO, Brent McNamara and Trade & Infrastructure Manager, Anro Klopper, had the privilege of meeting with Eskom's' General Manager of the Cape Coastal Cluster, Mbulelo Yedwa, Stakeholder Middle Manager, Zama Mpondwana and Officer Stakeholder Management, Andiswa Fatyi, to discuss how we can grow our communication network within Eskom ensuring our members can be assisted with all Eskom queries.
Specific topics that were discussed include SSEG Registrations, Fault Reporting and Eskom Green, currently the main issues experienced by members. This meeting also gave us the opportunity to show these Eskom officials how our Eskom reporting system works in the office, through the Agri Ops Coordination Centre on EarthRanger.
Agri Eastern Cape is very fortunate to have contacts in Eskom with whom we have built great working relationships. This working relationship has proven that working together can result in better service.
We look forward to further building relationships with Eskom and expand the pool of assistance provided.
