Agri Eastern Cape (Agri EC) today successfully obtained a supervisory order in the Grahamstown High Court, which will result in the Chris Hani District Municipality (CHDM) taking urgent steps to rectify the current situation where raw, untreated sewage in Cradock is flowing directly into the Fish River.
“As a country, however, our challenges predate the pandemic. We have experienced low economic growth and high levels of unemployment for many years, due to the structural constraints that hold our economy back.”
